Jim and his family

Jim has been a resident of St. Petersburg for over 25 years, and is the current City Council Member from District. He received his law degree from Stetson University College of law in 1981 and is now a solo practitioner in downtown St. Petersburg. He is married to his lovely wife Norma and has two daughters.

City Council and Community Involvement:
